Defective Goods Replacement
Product replacement is only possible in the event of a lack of conformity of the purchased products, as compared to the description published on the website; in this case, the User has the right to get the product repaired or replaced, at no additional cost. If this is excessively burdensome for the Seller, the User will be entitled to terminate the contract or to a price reduction, pursuant to the provisions as provided in the Consumer’s Code.
